The standard warranty for is twelve (12) months. This twelve month warranty (and any Extended Warranties) will commence upon installation and registration to an “end user” customer account.

An Extended Warranty of one or two years can be added to any account prior to it being sold or registered to the "end user" customer, subject to the same terms and conditions herein with pricing as follows: (note; it can be added prior to installation on a per-account basis, not individual units)

If a tracker unit has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, our Customer Service Representative will contact the Reseller and provide them with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact your re-seller for more information about warranty swap options and obtaining an RMA.
